Job Title: Bilingual English/Spanish Remote Cold Caller - Wholesale Real Estate Purchase Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive individual to join our team as a Cold Caller - Wholesale Real Estate Purchase Specialist. As a cold caller, you will be responsible for contacting homeowners and identifying potential wholesale purchase opportunities for homes with cash offers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound cold calls to homeowners, introducing our company and explaining our interest in purchasing their property.
- Engage homeowners in a professional and persuasive manner to assess their interest in selling their homes.
- Identify homeowners who are motivated to sell quickly and gather relevant information about their property.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of selling their home through a wholesale transaction with a cash offer.
- Accurately document all interactions, including conversations, follow-ups, and homeowner details, in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and pass qualified leads for further follow-up.
- Continuously update and maintain a pipeline of potential wholesale purchase opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and professional phone demeanor.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with homeowners.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills to overcome potential obstacles.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and understanding of wholesale real estate transactions is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Pay: From $330 per hour
