Description:
Bizagi is seeking a motivated, self-starting, and customer-oriented Product expert associate consultant to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. You should possess excellent writing and speaking skills in both Spanish and English, with the ability to grasp complex technical concepts and present them in an easy-to-read, easy-to-follow, and customer-focused manner. In this role, you will gain in-depth knowledge of Bizagi, understand the interconnectedness of Bizagi's teams, and guide employees, particularly the Go-To-Market team, in finding the information they need for their day-to-day work.
- Timely response to RFPs, Security Assessments, and general product-related inquiries posted on Bizagi's Internal Forum.
- Guiding Bizagi employees in finding the answers they require to perform their job duties.
- Engaging relevant individuals to find solutions to posted questions.
- Reviewing contract issues raised by the legal team.
- Creating and maintaining documentation templates.
- Editing and proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Assisting in updating the content library and knowledge base.
Requirements: If you hold a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, have a passion for process automation, and aspire to become a Bizagi expert, this opportunity is for you Additionally, you should meet the following requirements:
- Proficiency in English.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively in written, verbal, and interpersonal contexts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds and specialties.
Knowledge of BPM or experience in automation projects is a plus
