**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Implement the concepts, methodologies, and practices that support the institutional educational project in every teaching-learning situation.
- Create a conducive environment for learning at all times during the school year.
- Define the planning for each period and the expected achievement levels in collaboration with the Department Head.
- Carry out specific class planning with the support of Department Heads and School Coordinators.
- Update platforms with relevant information according to the established schedule.
- Identify cases that require differential academic support and communicate them to the School Academic Coordinator.
- Exhibit students' work to illustrate the learning process and the school's philosophy.
- Record anecdotes for student evaluation and enter them into the required platforms.
- Provide continuous feedback to students.
- Implement actions agreed upon with the Department Head and the Academic Coordinator to improve professional practice.
