We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Bilingual Truck Dispatcher to join our dynamic team.

As a Bilingual Truck Dispatcher, you will play a vital role in coordinating our freight operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods while maintaining strong communication with drivers and clients. Your ability to think creatively and solve problems will be key to overcoming challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Dispatch trucks efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with drivers and clients in both English and Spanish.
- Coordinate schedules, routes, and loads to optimize operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of dispatch activities.
- Problem-solve and troubleshoot any issues that arise during transportation.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational processes.

**Qualifications**: - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Proven experience in dispatching trucks or a similar logistics role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a creative approach to challenges. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
