We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results Geotab is seeking a Learning Consultant who will be responsible for delivering training for Geotab Resellers, and occasionally customers and employees. **What you’ll do**:
As a Learning Consultant you will be responsible for delivering training for Geotab Resellers, and occasionally customers and employees. The Geotab Reseller Training & Enablement Team provides an extensive curriculum to educate Resellers on the use, sale, support, and value of the Geotab product suite, in addition to Marketplace Partner integration offerings.

**How you’ll make an impact**:

- Assist in the development of curriculum for Geotab employees, resellers and customers.
- Manage documentation and tracking of activity pertaining to Reseller training.
- Organize training events for Geotab Resellers
- Present training modules through various modalities (e.g. video recording, webinars, and live presentations e-learning).
- Effectively communicate with internal and external business partners to coordinate training.
- Assist with special training sessions and ad-hoc company projects.
- Ensure all materials and services are available for customers and resellers.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction documentation and quality case management records.

**What you’ll bring to this role**:

- Full fluency in both English and Spanish (written, reading, and oral)
- 3-5 years training experience delivering a variety of modalities.
- Experience working within a technical or engineering organization/knowledge of the high-technology industry would be considered an asset.
- Able to work well under pressure and respond to fast changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort with delivering presentations and training.
- Strong interpersonal relationship building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve to well-judged decisions.
- A strong team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
- Technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to, Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Ability to understand audience needs and deliver learning experience commensurate with needs
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in a flat organization.
- Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree or equivalent related work experience required
- Diploma/Degree specialization in Business, Education or a related field highly valued.
