¿Te gustaría liderar el desarrollo de nuestro nuevo producto SaaS construido en Next.js? Buscamos a un/a Líder de Desarrollo Backend para dirigir esta importante iniciativa.

**Ubicación**: Remota en Bogotá, Medellín, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga y Cali.

**Modalidad de Trabajo**: Virtual.

**Remuneración**: A convenir.

En este rol clave, estarás a cargo de crear sistemas backend de alta calidad, escalables y resilientes que respalden funcionalidades comerciales complejas. Además, tendrás la oportunidad de asistira ingenieros junior y colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para alinear la tecnología backend con nuestros objetivos empresariales.

**Responsabilidades**
- Diseñar e implementar una arquitectura backend escalable y robusta utilizando Node.js.
- Liderar la integración de servicios backend con bases de datos utilizando tecnologías SQL y NoSQL para garantizar la consistencia y confiabilidad de los datos.
- Colaborar con desarrolladores frontend y gerentes de producto para establecer objetivos y diseñar códigos más funcionales y cohesivos que mejoren la experiência del usuario.
- Gestionar todo el ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software, desde la planificación y priorización hasta la producción y el soporte.
- Supervisar la implementación de servicios backend, asegurando despliegues sin tiempo de inactividad y sistemas de producción escalables.
- Implementar protocolos de seguridad y medidas de protección de datos para salvaguardar la información de los usuarios y otros datos sensibles.

**Requisitos**
- +4 años de experiência en Node.js y frameworks como Express.js o Koa.js para desarrollo backend. - Inglés **Avanzado B2+.**:

- Experiência previa como líder de equipo.
- Fuerte comprensión de tecnologías de bases de datos **SQL (por ejemplo, PostgreSQL, MySQL) y NoSQL (por ejemplo, MongoDB, Cassandra).**:

- Experiência en diseño e implementación de **APIs RESTful y GraphQL.**:

- Conocimientos en gestión de lógica del lado del servidor y optimización del rendimiento backend.
- Familiaridad con servicios en la nube (AWS, Azure o Google Cloud) y experiência en la implementación de entornos escalables basados en la nube.
- Sólida comprensión de herramientas de control de versiones como **Git y pipelines CI/CD.**:

- Capacidad para diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos complejos.
- Conocimientos sobre prácticas de ciberseguridad y protocolos de protección de datos.
- **Habilidades preferidas**: La experiência con tecnologías frontend, especialmente Next.js, puede ser ventajosa.
