**Job Overview**:
1840 & Company is a global managed marketplace for vetted professional resources and outsourcing solutions. We proactively curate a marketplace of freelance marketers, developers, and finance professionals globally. Additionally, 1840 and Company delivers managed outsourcing solutions such as contact center and back-office solutions currently from a work from home model. At 1840 & Company, we rely on knowledgeable professionals to interact with our valued customers when they have questions or concerns. This position is for internal hiring and we are looking for immediate hire for a Junior Recruiter Role.

**Rate in USD: $4.89 per hour**
**Work Schedule: Night shift / Rotating shift (as needed)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrating extensive proficiency in high-volume hiring processes.
- Managing recruitment efforts across all levels of positions, ranging from Entry Level to Senior Level.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 01 to 03 years of demonstrated experience in Recruitment.
- Proficiency in English communication, both written and oral, is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in scaling up operations and efficiently managing high volume demands.
- Capacity to operate independently and manage multiple tasks within a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, negotiation skills, and adeptness in conflict resolution.
- Consistent demonstration of integrity, professionalism, and strict adherence to confidentiality standards.
- Must have their laptop/desktop which meets minimum qualifications:

- Processor:

- Core i5 or higher
- RAM - 8GB or higher
- Bandwidth Requirements Minimum:

- Download Speed: at least 6 Mbps
- Upload Speed: at least 6 Mbps
- A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background.
