Payroll Processor

**Position**:Payroll Processor

**City**:Bogotá (On-site)

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm EST.

**Remuneration**: $2'000.000 - 2'500.000

**Job responsibilities**:

- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of payroll tax requirements, including Federal, State, and Local tax rates.
- Perform manual payroll calculations for quality control and accuracy purposes.
- Efficiently utilize payroll software for processing payroll tasks.
- Process required payroll tax payments to appropriate governmental agencies such as EFTPS (federal).
- Record and digitally store all payroll documents and reports for each payroll processed.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for generating necessary payroll reports and integrate them into NetSuite accounting program.
- Interact with clients as needed to address questions regarding payroll processing.
- Assist with quarterly reporting as required by law.
- Conduct thorough year-end reporting, including W-2 and 1099 reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving payroll processes.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Previous experience in payroll administration preferred.
- Familiarity with NetSuite accounting software is a plus.
