About the Role:
As an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Solution Architect, you will be a pivotal player in our company's automation journey. Your expertise will guide the architectural evaluation, design, and analysis of automation opportunities, transforming them into comprehensive RPA solution designs. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our business processes, leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and design automations that address complex business challenges.
- Conduct technical assessments of automation opportunities, proposing solutions utilizing UiPath and other leading technologies.
- Lead the full lifecycle implementation of RPA solutions, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for the software development team, ensuring best practices in RPA using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.
- Analyze client processes to identify RPA opportunities, recommending strategies and approaches based on client needs and maturity.
- Offer continuous guidance and best practices to RPA developers and project managers, enhancing delivery approaches and strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication through team and client meetings, ensuring alignment and understanding of project objectives and progress.
- Design, build, and support the rollout of technology solutions, maintaining a focus on innovation and efficiency.
- Lead the creation and review of technical documentation, acting as a key point of escalation for automation challenges.
- Champion best practice design principles, identifying opportunities for reusable components and efficient process automation.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of best practices, standards, and documentation to enhance the team's capabilities.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in operations or process consultancy.
- UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) and UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certifications required.
- Skills and Experience:

- Proven expertise in UiPath for end-to-end automation design.
- Significant experience with business process improvement initiatives across the enterprise.
- Strong understanding of the implications, opportunities, and challenges of RPA in various business domains.
- Familiarity with Agile development and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
