Accounts payable associates are responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, with a particular emphasis on processing invoices and other bills. They review and reconcile invoices, obtain any necessary approvals, and initiate payment.

Responsabilities:

- Complete and submit with quality the information required by the Beanworks software following the data inside the invoices and Payment request forms. - Creation of Payment requests
- Reviewing of invoices in ClientSpace for their processing and codification to the corrects GL accounts and departments in Beanwork
- Report to AP Leader the daily status of duties and responsibilities.
- Support the USA team in the reviewing of checks and ACH credits payments - Meet deadlines for the tasks assigned.

Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:

- A degree in financial (or equivalent experience)
- Analytical skills.
- Excellent computer skills a must. Excel, Word, and E-mail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; strict attention to detail
- Communicate effectively in individual or group situations including demonstrating active listening skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, using accurate grammatical form and able to read and interpret written information.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to participate in solving problems and help make decisions based on the best information available by developing resolutions between parties.
- Works well with other team members and departments in a professional and friendly manner to accomplish mutual goals and prepare assignments on time.

**Salary**: $100,000 - $200,000 per month
