AR Accounting Reconciliation Analyst
Job Summary
**Responsibilities**:
Maintain direct communication with the external and internal accounting area, providing timely support to their requests and assertively communicating all the corresponding accounting deployment.
Establish a correct accounting reconciliation process between local and corporate procedures.
Process frequent reports seeking to optimize the reporting process, using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.
Perform written or telephone research on open items such as Unapplied deposits or Credit Notes.
Handle Intercompany procedures (requests, reports, notifications).
Perform accounting and financial analysis of the process in charge.
**Education and Work Experience**:
Technical/ Vocational/ Bachelor’s degree on Finance and Accounting or related.
6 months minimum in accounting experience.
Middle - Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (Pivot table and Data analysis)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical thinking to propose accounting solutions/alternatives.
**Languages**:
English - Advanced (80%).
**Note**:
Grade 008.
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday 6:30 to 16:00 // Monday to Friday 7:30 to 17:00.
Hybrid model.
