**The Position**
- As a Pharmacovigilance Coordinator, you will work independently within guidelines, taking ownership of your tasks and ensuring that operations are set and achieved to the highest standards. Follow standard practices and procedures in analysing situations or data to obtain timely answers. Project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills are required for success in this role. This position plays a key role in the pharmacovigilance process at NN, working collaboratively in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the Pharmacovigilance area’s success.**Activities and Responsibilities**
- Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and execution of pharmacovigilance processes for patient safety, mitigating risks and meeting regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the handling of local safety information by vendors, ensuring compliance with NN procedures and external requirements.
- Serve as the local Responsible Person-Back-up for post-marketing and clinical activities, maintaining updated requirements and ensuring compliance.
- Represent the company during audits and inspections and maintain regular interaction with other internal departments globally and locally, facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as required, ensuring continuous improvement and maintaining the highest standards of pharmacovigilance.

**Required Qualifications**
- Pharmacist or other Healthcare Professional with experience in Pharmacovigilance. Fluent in oral and written English.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance area, with knowledge on Management of Pharmacovigilance System, technical and legal requirements.
- Stakeholder management. Strong skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams and promote a collaborative work culture.
- Analytical skills to evaluate and interpret data and identify trends for safety surveillance.
- Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, schedules, and priorities effectively.

**Desired Qualifications**
- Previous experience within the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Previous experience working for a multinational company.
- Internal and external audits experience.
