**About our amazing opportunity**:
We are now looking for a Solution Architect with deep understanding of IMS/ VoLTE architecture to join our Delivery team and help building and implementing solutions to our top clients, the leading Operators in the Teleco market in LatAm.

In this role, you will be responsible for design, implement and test viable end-to-end solutions for the customers. Also, you will be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and proposals.

**What you will do**:

- Define and design solution delivery; driving end-to-end technical solutions until it is up and running in production.
- Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling, and focus on solving more complex issues.
- Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis.
- Work with the project team on the backlog tasks in order to deliver a great solution, on-time, on-budget and with high customer satisfaction.
- Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations.
- Customer SPOC for operational and technical issues
- Identify serviceability improvements to support and manage enhanced product in Customer Network.
- Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing.

**You will bring**:

- MSc or BSc level in Telecommunication Engineering or the equivalent level of knowledge
- Well versed in IMS/VoLTE projects (Knowledge of Ericsson IMS solution is a plus)
- Expertise in functional architecture of IMS and surrounding nodes
- The ability to adapt, respond to change and innovate
- A result oriented approach and know how to meet customer expectations
- A consultative profile in order to become a customer trusted advisor
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, passion to win & eagerness to learn.
- Advanced Spanish and English proficiency level
