Loan Processor Agent

Are you ready to dive into the heart of the mortgage lending world? We're seeking a dynamic Loan Processing Superstar to join our team and make dreams come true, one loan at a time you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero who ensures that our borrowers' dreams of homeownership become a reality.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced and fluid english (B2+ at least).
- Experience not needed. But yes for motivation to learn

We Offer:

- Commissions in USD
- Fixed schedule monday - friday / 8 - 5 or 10 - 7
- NO INBOUND CALLS

Responsabilities:

- Validate applicant information by contacting employers, financial institutions, and other relevant sources.
- Ensure that all loan files comply with federal and state regulations, as well as institutional policies and procedures.
- Maintain effective communication with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders throughout the loan process.
- Coordinate the closing process with title companies, escrow officers, and attorneys.
