This time, we are partnering with a global leader in IT infrastructure and security management solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT teams, powered by AI. The company has experienced strong double-digit growth over the years and serves a diverse range of industries in over 20 countries, managing more than 15 million endpoints globally.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Salesforce Product Management team, which provides services to our global users. This role involves managing the execution of the roadmap for the Salesforce solution at Kaseya and interacting with and directing the work of Salesforce Business Analysts to execute initiatives and implement and adopt new capabilities and features.

Essential attributes for this role include strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and the capability to work both independently and within a team. Extensive knowledge of Salesforce best practices, data management, and familiarity with integration tools and techniques are also valuable for this position. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, innovative, and able to quickly understand complex concepts. Attention to detail and diligence are essential attributes for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and maintaining the Salesforce product roadmap to align with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into actionable product features and enhancements.
- Directing and overseeing the work of Salesforce Business Analysts to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new capabilities and features.
- Executing and managing the Salesforce implementation lifecycle, including configuration, customization, testing, and deployment. Knowledge and familiarity with Agile SCRUM methodology is preferred for this role.
- Developing and delivering training and support materials for end-users.
- Conducting data analysis and generating actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders regarding the status of product enhancements and defect resolution initiatives.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of product management processes and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of Salesforce CRM/CPQ experience, with extensive knowledge of product management practices and principles.
- Flexible, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Highly customer-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and value.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve complex business problems and handle ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate product and technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent English communication skills are necessary.
- Be flexible and available to work on work shifts that align with the work hours of the user base supported by the service.
