As an AWS DevOps Engineer, you will work on a variety of tasks and projects, helping our clients maintain and improve their AWS infrastructure. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving critical issues, ensuring high availability, and optimizing systems for performance and scalability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to critical infrastructure issues, including server downtimes, debugging errors, and checking logs.
- Improve system performance and reliability by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and vulnerabilities.
- Implement and manage auto-scaling solutions to ensure systems can handle varying levels of traffic and load.
- Work closely with multiple teams to provide DevOps support and solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and testing processes.
- Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for reference and knowledge sharing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an AWS DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and across multiple teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexible availability to respond to critical issues and work on a project-by-project basis.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or other relevant AWS certifications.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
- Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security measures in cloud environments.

**Compensation**:

- Hourly rate based on experience and expertise.
- Flexible working hours, with the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects.

Pay: Up to $2,054,375,000 per month
