**Overview**:

**Position Title: Senior Product Owner**

**What you will be doing**:

- **Strategic Leadership**:Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with business goals, fostering long-term growth.**Visionary Planning**:Maintain an evolving product vision and roadmap, integrating insights from market analysis, customer feedback, and emerging technologies.**Execution Excellence**:Translate strategic goals into actionable plans with your strong understanding of business dynamics and project management.**Stakeholder Engagement**:Act as the main point of contact between leadership, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure strategic alignment and strong relationships.**Market Analysis**:Conduct thorough market research and analysis to anticipate market trends and inform product strategy.**Agile and Efficient**:Oversee the agile product development cycle to enhance time-to-market for new products and updates.**Diagram Design**:Utilize your expertise in creating detailed diagrams that outline complex processes for clearer understanding and implementation.**Data-Driven Decisions**:Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to guide data-driven decision-making and measure product success.**User-Centric Approach**:Leverage user feedback and analytics to drive continuous product improvements and ensure user satisfaction

**Requirements & Qualifications**Proven track record of at least 6+ years of progressive experience in senior product management or related leadership roles, preferably within the software or technology industry.- Additional 2 years of experience as a Project Manager.- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.- Expertise in agile methodologies, strategic planning, and product lifecycle management, with a demonstrated ability to drive innovation and scale in complex, high-growth environments.- Deep technical acumen and domain expertise, with a background in software engineering, preferably with proficiency in modern programming languages and technologies.- Recognized certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Marketing, or similar credentials are highly desirable.- Proficiency in product management tools and platforms (e.g., JIRA, Aha, Productboard), coupled with strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, mentor junior talent, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, navigate ambiguity, and lead through change with resilience, adaptability, and strategic agility.
