Functional Testers at EPAM are crucial for delivering Engineer Excellence. In this role you’ll work closely with the development team to fully understand the needs of our clients, and ensure that the solutions developed not only fulfill a particular need or request, but also do it with the highest level of reliability and performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work in sync with the dev team’s release cadence and SDLC, across workstreams
- Partner with Product Management and Dev teams from design to deployment
- Plan the QA Strategy for new test cases (types, levels, and priority of tests) as features are designed and developed
- Produce written QA test cases for new functionality (based on demos and team interaction) - Acceptance Criteria
- Testing to encompass both a regression package and bi-weekly sprints for net new features and capabilities

WHAT YOU HAVE
- Experience with Agile methodology
- 3+ years of experience working with Financial Services either on the Buy Side or Sell Side
- Experience with Positive and Negative TCs
- Ability to create a Test Plan and Test Strategy
- Knowledge of Test entry and exit criteria
- Hands-on experience working with High Severity and Low priority bugs
- Ample knowledge of financial services terminology, services and standards
