We are looking for a
- ** Product Marketing Lead** to join Retargetly. Product marketing leads at Retargetly help tell the story about how our company and solutions helps our customers reach their business goals. As a Product Marketing Lead you will be part of the
- **Marketing & Communications Team** and work closely with Product Team, acting as the main bridge between both departments., You will act as product ambassador throughout the company, being the most updated and reliable source about the product for our internal audience. You have a full understand our customers, the challenges they face, and provide insights for product team on how our products can solve their needs and marketing team in how to improve our communications.

- Research and define our buyer and user, their specific needs, pain points, and goals that we can help address.
- Managing year calendar for seasonal campaigns and making sure all touchpoints and teams envolved are aligned and on track
- Analyzing data and feedbacks for improving communication around products and supporting product team with insights for product improvement.
- Research, document, and operationalize particular customer use cases and problems that Retargetly solves.
- Identify and define the key value drivers which differentiate Retargetly in the market.
- Partner with sales, product management, customer success, and engineering teams to refine and evolve our product communications, being the main point of contact of marketing team with those teams.
- Develop product marketing collateral such as website pages, blogs, white papers, webinars, videos, decks, and data sheets supporting the buyer's journey.
- Participate and contribute to field and industry events as a Retargetly evangelist.
- Create campaign messaging and content as required to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Provide reports of KPIs and metrics after seasonal campaigns and product launches, aligned with PR, Inbound, Content and Sales.
- Support the development of customer case studies and webinars that help to demonstrate the value of Retargetly for our customers.

**We consider a perfect match if you have....**
- 5 years of experience in product marketing with desired experience in the specialty.
- Advanced English (C1 + )
- Outstanding communications skills to explain and translate complex technical concepts into simple and intuitive communications.
- Must be able to coordinate across many teams and iterate and deliver in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Must be able to provide creative direction for product landing pages, videos and seasonal campaigns.
- Proven experience being self-directed and working with mínimal supervision.
- Data-driven, use data to measure results and inform decision making and strategy development.
- Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SASS) offerings.
- Experience designing sales materials from scratch based on sales conversations, sales calls, product interviews, user interviews, market research and your own experience.
- Adept at qualitative customer interviewing.
- Proactive and great interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines consistently.
