From writing promotional copy that strategically positions a thought leadership seminar, coordinating logistics for events around the world, and collaborating with a team on developing project management plans and deliverable timelines, this position includes a diverse set of responsibilities related to event marketing.

**Position and Responsibilities**

Event Promotion
- Supporting the promotion of hosted hospitality events, industry conferences and events, and thought leadership events

Event Activation
- Providing tactical support for event deliverables, including ordering and coordination of delivery/set up of event displays, promotional items, and marketing literature
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to arrange for the creation of bespoke marketing materials
- Strategically selecting materials to best position the firm with the intended audience
- Setting up and managing event registration pages, including coordinating with internal stakeholders for registration approvals
- Researching and communicating with potential event venues
- Training speakers on webinar software platform use and best practices
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and define target audiences for thought leadership events tied to broader marketing campaigns
- Coordinating with full marketing team regarding editorial calendar scheduling to ensure all event communications are noted and properly planned across omnichannel marketing activities

Day-of Event Support
- Hosting live virtual events in platforms such as GoToWebinar, Teams, and Zoom
- Fielding attendee questions and troubleshooting basic technology issues

Event Reporting
- Coordinating post-event debrief calls with event stakeholders
- Recording event outcomes with both qualitative and quantitative data
- Assisting with aggregating event data to showcase event impact
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of event participation

Research & Data Management
- Supporting lead qualification from event registrations
- Gathering, cleaning, and verifying attendee contact data from industry events
- Researching industry events for key market sectors

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing or event coordination role
- Fluent in English and Spanish (CEFR at least C1 level)
- Skillful writer able to effectively communicate through technical and creative writing styles
- Intermediate capabilities in social media marketing (LinkedIn preferred)
- Ability to interact with cross-functional departments
- Understanding of event marketing analytics and KPIs and ability to communicate these results in reports
- Proficient in the Microsoft Suite
- Experience with project management and ability to keep track of details from numerous projects simultaneously

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Event marketing background
- Experience in marketing role for professional services organization or with one of our key client segments
- Experience with integrated marketing
