Cargo: Recruiter in training for USA
- Empresa: Solvo Global
- Ciudades: Todas las ciudades, presencial.
- Schedule: Inicialmente Lunes a viernes de 8 am a 5 pm; pero por las diferentes zonas horarias que se manejan, se solicita una disponibilidad completa, por lo que se requiere FULL DISPONIBILIDAD 24/7 para poder aplicar, se aseguran 2 dias off

**Requisitos**:

- Deseable experiência en servicio al cliente o ventas
- Nível de inglés: +85%
- Habilidades comunicativas
- Deseables personas con carreras provenientes de disciplinas humanas.
- Disponibilidad 24/7

**Remuneración Plan carrera**:
Durante el entrenamiento:
Base prestacional de 1.170.000 COP más auxilio no prestacional de 630.000 COP, para un total de $1.800.000 + auxilio de transporte.

Entrando a reclutar:
Base prestacional de 1.365.000 COP más auxilio no prestacional de 735.000 COP, para un total de $2.200.000 + auxilio de transporte.

Llevando 6 meses en reclutamiento:
Base prestacional de 1.625.000 COP más auxilio no prestacional de 875.000 COP, para un total de $2.500.000 + auxilio de transporte.

Llevando 1 año en reclutamiento

Base prestacional de 1.950.000 COP Más auxilio no prestacional de 1,050,000 COP, para un total de $3.000.000 + auxilio de transporte.

**Responsabilidades**:
Inicialmente entrarás a nuestra escuela de reclutamiento, en la cual te enseñaremos como reclutar para compañías norteamericanas. Mientras te entrenamos, también recibirás remuneración por capacitarte con nosotros.
