Bilingual Opener

Lending Company operating in the USA and LATAM, hiring a Loan Opener to join our team

**Job Scope**:

- Follow up on customer requirements
- Including information in the system (Point)
- Request information from third-party companies involved in the transaction
- Track leads, and turn them into files.
- Work closely with customers
- Loan officers, and both internal and external partners providing a high level of service.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree (it can substitute for some experience at any level)
Language: Spanish & English Advanced
Skills / Experience:

- Experience with verbal and written communication.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Preferably experience in banking or finance customer service
- Time-management and organization skills. Ability to work with strict deadlines.

Contract: Contract for the provision of independent services
Schedule: Work schedule and holidays will be based on the USA timeline. 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday
Training: Continuing training -Training start when the position starts
