World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding.

This is a Contract/Consultant position. Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements. The job requires **excellent oral and written command of the English language. Resumes must be submitted in English.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Define the strategic direction for SharePoint within the organization, including governance policies, best practices, and standards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, align SharePoint solutions with business needs.
- Provide progress updates and manage department expectations.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to end users to promote effective and efficient use of SharePoint including best practices and change management.
- Implement and maintain enterprise security measures for SharePoint Online (SPO).
- Ensure security considerations are integrated throughout the SPO lifecycle.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent command of the English Language, both written and oral.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline with a minimum of 2 or more years of work experience in a business environment.
- Critical thinking and good attention to detail in all aspects of administrative support.
- Strong technical background.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and to manage multiple issues and demands.
- Proficiency in SharePoint customization using SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Power Apps, and other related tools.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint features, capabilities, security, permissions, and best practices.
- Possess significant expertise in Microsoft SharePoint Online site collection administration duties which include managing permissions for the top level SPO site and sub-site collections. Furthermore, building tools, visualizing data, managing SPO features, content management, conduct audits, create reports, and manage search capabilities.
- 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- You must have your own laptop or desktop to use (the company does not supply equipment).
