Role Overview:
As a Salesforce Administrator at Provectus, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce instances for our clients. You will ensure data integrity, user support, and system optimization to drive business success.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionalities.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce data tools and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data security settings in Salesforce.
- Perform regular system audits and ensure compliance with data quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide Tier 2 support for Salesforce-related issues and conduct user training sessions.
- Design and create custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business processes.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features to recommend system enhancements.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
