**Descripción del puesto**:
Para nuestra filial en Colombia estamos buscando a un **Sales Manager CAM **para formar parte de nuestro equipo de Growth Américas.

**Sus principales funciones son**:

- Definición y consecución de los objetivos de venta de la empresa en los países Growth de Centro América.
- Construir y mantener relaciones con agencias y clientes clave en la región.
- Desarrollo y entrega de presentaciones y propuestas de ventas a clientes potenciales.
- Mantenerse al día con las tendencias y actividades de la competencia para identificar nuevas oportunidades o amenazas potenciales para las ventas.
- Realización del seguimiento del progreso de las ventas y de las interacciones con los clientes.

**Requisitos**:

- Bachiller universitario de las carreras de comunicación, publicidad o marketing.
- Al menos w años de experiência en ventas y/o planificación de medios digitales. Manejo de Office nível intermedio.
- Buen nível de relacionamiento con las principales agencias de medios y anunciantes en el mercado latino americano.
- Deseable: conocimientos de programática.
- Ingles a nível intermedio.
- Experiência trabajando con herramientas de gestión de CRM.
- Conocimiento de manejo de plataformas programmatics.
- Se valorará una personalidad emprendedora, proactiva, enérgica y comprometida con los nuevos desafíos.
