**What you’ll be doing**:
- Provide support to business areas regarding Privileged Access Management (CyberArk). Interface with users as a first point of contact for incidents, issues and requests related to PAM. Work with users to address their concerns, follow run books for issue resolution and guide users.
- Architectural, Administrative support, and health check activities for Privileged Access Management. (CyberArk)
- Manage privilege user registration, de-registration, for granting/ revoking privileged access to all multi-user information assets including Operating Systems, Infrastructure Applications, Databases, Network Devices in scope.
- Follow the Privilege User Access Management policies and processes defined by Client and ensure compliance to the same for the in-scope IT Assets and Services.
- Provide the privilege access to Client and/ or Client appointed vendor for all the IT assets being managed.
- Perform the Privilege ID reconciliation and verification at least once in a quarter.
- Maintain the system compliance rate up to 100% in every quarter.
- Perform the Bulk Onboarding, Manual Onboarding, Reports fetching Daily/Weekly or monthly basis
- Review, analyze, and create detailed PAM documentation. Which would include processes, procedures, standards, workflows and steps required to maintain and minimize security impacts.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Minimum 6-8 Years of Experience in PAM Technology.
- PAM Administrator/ Operation Engineer with experience in solution sizing, design architecture and implementation for a large enterprise or organization.
- Configuration and implementation of PAM solution CyberArk and perform access review.
- Good understanding of IAM and PAM policy, standard and/or guidelines and Active Directory standard.
- Experience is review and developing policy and process/ procedures for access control, privilege access management, and segregation of duties.
- Experience in troubleshooting of end user related CPM/PSM Issues in CyberArk.
- Experience in designing Dual Control/OTP/Check-in Check out Policy.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in maintaining the compliance of systems, reporting experience.
- Strong Knowledge of Identity and Access Management. Hands on experience in Provisioning, Workflows, Tasks, Rules and Roles.
- Ability to lead and/or actively participate in war rooms, working sessions and stakeholder meetings.
- Good understanding of Directory Services (AD/LDAP).
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and experience in managing tasks and operations support within defined. Service Level Agreements (SLA) across geographically distributed teams.
- Good programming and debugging skills.
- Experience with Service Now.
- Strong communication (Oral and Written) and Problem-Solving skills.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple requests.
- Excellent technical writing skills (RCA, Incident Reports, etc.)
