- 1. Suministra la información necesaria tales como DBI, Planos y documentos de las partes que llegan. 2. Asigna trazabilidad a las partes. 3. Una vez inspeccionadas las partes se encarga de postear los diferentes procesos realizados en su respectivo formulario. 4. Carga la información de las partes en SAP. 5. Escanea y archiva todos los documentos tanto en físico como en digital. 6. Carga las ordenes de trabajo en una tabla de Excel, las escanea y archiva. 7. Alimenta la bitácora de inspección producto de las inspecciones realizadas por el inspector. 8. Carga las encuetas de satisfacción de los Clientes en Sinergy. 9. Folia carpetas.
