Design and develop metrics and reports, dashboards, and analyses to drive key business decisions.
- Conduct large-scale data analysis and modeling to derive actionable insights.
- Review outputs for trends
- Work with team to conduct root cause analyses and communicate improvement recommendations.
- Provide consultation to business leaders on reporting needs, trend analysis and report improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate the implementation of reporting processes.
- Utilize new data sources for report development.
- Produce and verify daily electronic reports using reporting tools.
- Maintain existing reports as well as monthly and year-to-date summaries.
- Develop trending reports on a request basis.

**Qualification**
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Knowledge of data analysis tools with advanced skills in Excel, including Power Query and Pivot Tables
- Experience with call center business and computer support systems preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.
- Demonstrated knowledge of reporting solutions
- Demonstrated ability to advocate reporting solutions in support of customer business goals and strategies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure.
- Strong attention to details
- Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships

**Technical Requirements**:

- Laptop or stationed personal computer
- High Performance Processor
- Minimum of 8 GB RAM
- 30MBPS or higher internet speed
- Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no animal or children's noises in the background)
- Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
- Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
