We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Phone Answering Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, providing them with an exceptional experience over the phone. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Providing information about products/services and processing orders.
- Transferring calls to appropriate departments as needed.
- Recording accurate messages and forwarding them to the appropriate staff members.
- Following up on customer calls when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service or phone answering role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- **Must speak and write in English.**
