**Tus funciones principales**:
- Responsable del análisis de la performance de la cuenta de Olímpica, incluyendo ventas, participación de mercado, precios, distribución y rotación de productos.
- Elaboración de informes de seguimiento de la cuenta y presentación de resultados a la dirección.
- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento de ventas y nuevas oportunidades de negocio dentro de la cuenta.
- Desarrollar estrategias de merchandising, promociones y activaciones para optimizar la presencia de la marca en los puntos de venta de Olímpica.
- Colaborar en la planificación de la demanda y la gestión de inventarios para asegurar la disponibilidad del producto en la cuenta.
- Establecer y mantener una relación sólida y estratégica con el equipo de compras de Olímpica.
- Gestionar y resolver las necesidades del cliente de forma eficiente y oportuna.
- Participar en reuniones de negociación y acuerdos comerciales con el cliente.
- Monitoreo del mercado y la competencia, incluyendo los principales competidores en el canal moderno.
- Análisis de las tendencias del consumidor y las preferencias de compra.
- Identificar nuevas oportunidades de producto y categoría dentro de la cuenta.
- Colaborar en la elaboración de planes de negocio y estrategias comerciales para la cuenta de Olímpica.
- Identificar y evaluar nuevas iniciativas para aumentar el volumen de ventas y la rentabilidad del negocio.
- Trabajar en equipo con los departamentos de ventas, marketing, logística y finanzas.
- Colaborar con la implementación de iniciativas y estrategias de la marca en la cuenta.
**Requisitos**:
- Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en el sector de consumo masivo, manejando cuentas de canal moderno.
- Experiência comprobada en análisis de datos y elaboración de informes comerciales.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y relaciones interpersonales.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y bajo presión.
- Dominio de herramientas informáticas (MS Office, herramientas de análisis de datos).
- Manejo de inglés intermedio
