**¿Qué harás?**
- Apoyo registros de Facturas de proveedores, ajustes, legalizaciones, caja menor y demás registros de gastos.
- Apoyo elaboración y consolidación de soportes.
- Apoyo seguimientos de correos, requerimientos y demás tareas del área.
- Apoyo elaboración de informe de Variaciones.
- Apoyo elaboración de soportes no obligados a facturar Electrónicamente.
- Apoyo respuesta a requerimientos de auditoría.
- Apoyo creación de terceros en el sistema.
- Manejo de sistema contable People Soft y SmartBuy
- Apoyo validación de soportes en la legalización de caja menor.

**¿Qué necesitas?**
- Ser estudiante de últimos semestres de carreras como contabilidad o contaduría,administración de empresas, finanzas, economía o afines.
- Aval de la universidad para realizar tus prácticas en el primer semestre de 2025 (carta).
- Estar habilitado para firmar contrato de aprendizaje
- Nível de inglés B1+ - B2 (deseable, no es obligatorio)
- Habilidades ofimáticas
- Mucho interés y disposición para aprender, actitud positiva.
