**RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL**:
The HR Process Improvement Analyst is responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of Human Resources processes through a continuous and permanent review of the processes, through the collection and analysis of data that allows the creation of continuous improvement actions, as well as the proper documentation and administration of those projects, maintaining a quality approach, teamwork, and customer service.
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES**:
The HR Process Improvement Analyst main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide support in the generation of a culture of continuous improvement in the Human Resources area, by coordinating courses, creating audiovisual content, supporting internal customers with CI and Quality matters, among others.
- Collect and analyze information to create business cases, as well as present results and trends that facilitate decision making.
- Act as a change agent to improve existing processes. Also, can engage in supporting regional programs like Improvement Alerts, Innovation Ideas, among others.
- Support projects and Intakes management processes for HR, driving continuous improvement in processes.
- Support to set up projects, create initial plans and develop the Project Charter. Also, be applicable for Monitor/Control Activities.
- Provide support in a project proposal development, budget and delivery approach and ensure approvals.
- Support the execution of the project plan tasks, to develop and implement the solution. For example: Develop detailed solution requirements.
- Create and own the HR operating system that encompasses a methodology for the development, organization and maintenance of process and policy documentation, a mechanism for feedback, change requests and exceptions and provide process performance KPI's.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and 1 year experience in support roles. Must be able to build relationships. Demonstrated success at supporting and influencing employees and leaders is required. Organizational, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills are essential. The ability to juggle multiple and competing priorities is required. Bilingual English - Spanish (Portuguese is desirable). Extensive experience using MS Office: Visio, Power Point, Word, Excel, One Notes.
**DESIRABLE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**:
High Problem-Solving skills. Able to handle complex, large amount of data in Excel or other data base programs. Desired experience on Continuous Improvement / Lean Initiatives / Quality. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (desired knowledge of PM methodologies).
