Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and filing of documents and correspondence
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is up to date
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all files and information
- Provide general administrative support to the office team as needed
- Assist with other office duties as required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and documentation
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and discretion
**Education**:
- University or college studies relatated to Law or similar studies
