**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. **Job description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for North America and Latin America.
- Manage, mentor, and drive the success of the recruitment teams across both perimeters.
- Develop and maintain an efficient organizational structure within the recruitment department.
- Prioritize and manage recruitment needs in alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Serve as a strategic business partner to various business teams, providing insights and solutions to meet their recruitment needs.
- To be an operational leader who is willing to perform tasks such as sourcing, calling and interviewing.
**Profile**:
- Graduated with a masters degree with least 6 years of experience in recruitment of consulting profiles.
- Demonstrated experienec in managing large recruitment teams effectively.
- Data driven, able to act as a business partner, with a energetic and problem-solving personality.
- Fluent in English, good proficiency, French or Portuguese is a plus.
- Proficiency in generative AI is a plus to improve day-to-day productivity.
