**Acerca del proyecto**

**Responsabilidades**
- Create Banners Ad using GSAP, CSS3 and HTML5, Animate, GWD
- Propose solutions and provide estimations on projects
- Work with the design team, tech leads and PMs
- Develop mobile-compatible advertisements and banners
- Coach and support other motion developers in fulfill their tasks and improving their skills
- Ensure that implementation matches the design, including syncing
- Create JavaScript animations (basic to complex level) using library animations (eg. Greensock, CreateJS, etc.)
- Implement HTML5 banners using code or timeline.
- Customize HTML, CSS, and JS code generated by various tools (eg. Adobe Animate, GWD, GSAP, etc.)
- Optimize HTML, CSS, and JS code to achieve maximum performance with minimum size - Ensure browser compatibility
- Willing to research online marketing resolutions

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
- BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent practical experience

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- At least 3-4+ years of experience working on professional web design using Adobe Animate, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
- Proficient in HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and performance optimization
- Ability to work with IDEs (Sublime Text or Visual Studio Code is required)
- Experience with at least one JavaScript framework - Strong experience and background in JavaScript
- Strong background in HTML5/CSS3
- Experience working with mobile and web templates - Knowledge and experience in graphic design for web, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a strong plus
- Familiar with ad publishers (eg. Double Click, Flashtalking)
- Familiar with OLA (Online Advertised) standards and Rich-Media.
- Experience in timeline animation tools.
- Experience of pre-processed CSS styling (SASS, LESS)
- Experience using repositories (eg. GitHub o Bitbucket). - Implementation of banner templates.
- Knowledge in W3C Standards (or able to learn quickly about them).
- Independent, responsible, and proactive with the ability to learn and achieve superior results.

LANGUAGES
- Ideally intermediate-advanced English Proficiency (B2 reading, writing, and conversation)
