Descripción del empleo

AECOM Colombia busca un Especialista de BIM para apoyar a varios proyectos.

Funciones principales son:

- Coordinación de diseños bajo la metodología BIM y utilización de software’s como Navisworks y BIMTrack.
- Mantener reportes actualizados de las revisiones de modelos y planos, reporte de clashes y RFI’s para el cumplimiento de los estándares y procedimientos establecidos por la compañía.
- Revisión de calidad de producción de modelos.
- Proveer soporte BIM a los equipos de Diseño.
- Manejo de accesos, permisos y flujos de los programas establecidos en el CDE de los modelos BIM.

**Requisitos**:
Requerimientos mínimos
- Mínimo 4 años de experiência en realización y/o coordinación de diseños, en diferentes escalas de proyectos de ingeniería.
- Profesión Ingeniero Civil o Arquitecto.
- Habilidades interpersonales de comunicación escrita y verbal.
- Conocimiento avanzado en Revit, Navisworks y Civil 3D.
- Conocimiento ISO 19650.
- Fluidez bilingüe. Mínimo B1

Calificaciones preferidas
- Master BIM Management ó algún diplomado que certifique conocimiento metodología BIM
- Conocimiento de procesos constructivos ó experiência en obra.
- Conocimiento de BIM360, PowerBI.
- Conocimiento programación Python y Dynamo.
