Estamos buscando a nuestro/a próximo/a **Software Engineer Fullstack LATAM** para que sea parte del equipo **Engineering**, donde empujará la visión técnica a largo plazo para componentes críticos de la plataforma y delinear roadmap para entregar valor en plazos definidos, diseñar sistemas y arquitectura con impacto en múltiples equipos; diseñar, desarrollar y mantener servicios y sistemas escalables y resilientes; liderar con el ejemplo para levantar estándares técnicos, calidad y eficiencia a lo largo de Xepelin.En Xepelin estamos creando un nuevo estándar de servicios financieros, lo cual trae muchos desafíos de escala e implementación, por lo que necesitamos tu creatividad, liderazgo y talento.

**Vas a tener oportunidad de...**:

- Empujar visión técnica de largo plazo para componentes críticos de la plataforma y delinear roadmap para entregar valor en plazos definidos.
- Diseñar sistemas y arquitectura con impacto en múltiples equipos.
- Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener servicios y sistemas escalables y resilientes.
- Desarrollar “hands-on” para desplegar proyectos críticos y capturar valor para clientes.
- Liderar con el ejemplo para levantar estándares técnicos, calidad y eficiencia a lo largo de Xepelin.
- Colaborar con los stakeholders en la organización incluyendo ingeniería, producto, diseño, plataforma, etc.
- Mentorear a ingenieros en su plan de carrera técnico para potenciar su desarrollo.

**¿Qué te ayudará a tener éxito?**:

- Tienes +3 años totales de experiência en desarrollo de software.
- Eres experto diseñando de servicios distribuidos escalables.
- Tienes conocimiento en el stack javascript: node, nest js, typescript, react y next js.
- Tienes experiência relevante en desarrollo de servicios y sistemas de alta calidad.
- Tienes experiência liderando técnicamente proyectos complejos que involucran a múltiples equipos de ingeniería e impacto transversal en la plataforma.
- Tienes experiência demostrable desarrollando mejores prácticas de ingeniería y subiendo nível de eficiencia para desarrollos de equipos.
- Brillas trabajando en equipo multidisciplinario con distintos skills (producto, data, tech, growth, etc.), níveles de expertise y contextos.
