**What a typical day will look like**
- Develop, plan, implement and supervise strategic planning for the Commercial Risk line at sub-regional level.
- Drive the growth, innovation, performance standards and capability development of the different areas of the Solution Line (Risk Consulting, Broking, Data & Analytics and Claims), working as a team with the stakeholders (Commercial, Client Services, Finance, Operations) of the Company.
- Lead, support and contribute to the development of the whole team of colleagues under your responsibility, developing expertise around the solution line.
- Control and verify the indicators associated with the P&L of the solution line, contributing directly to the execution of the budgets in the different types of revenue.
- Consolidate the expansion project of the Andean Sub Region in its Solution Line.
- Develop commercial relationships at the highest level with insurance companies, defining strategies that allow growth and strengthening of business portfolios.
- Implement the business plan and growth strategy to 2025 defined for the Sub Region.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Experience: 10 years in the insurance sector, 5 years in leadership positions.
- Expertise: in Risk management, general insurance lines, Claims experience.
- Studies and/or specialities: Professional in Engineering, Administration, Economics with specialisation in Insurance and/or MBA.
- Languages: Spanish and advanced English (level according to the Corporation's policy).
- Technological tools: Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
