Estamos buscando un desarrollador de software experimentado y apasionado por las tecnologías de Microsoft.NET para unirse a nuestro equipo como Senior Software Developer.NET. En este puesto, tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar en proyectos desafiantes y emocionantes, colaborando con otros miembros del equipo altamente calificados para desarrollar soluciones de software innovadoras.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Liderar proyectos, tomando decisiones técnicas importantes y contribuyendo a la arquitectura de la solución.
- Diseñar y desarrollar aplicaciones de software utilizando tecnologías de Microsoft.NET, como C#,.NET Framework, ASP.NET, WCF, etc.
- Resolver problemas de software complejos y encontrar soluciones creativas para mejorar el rendimiento, la escalabilidad y la eficiencia.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros desarrolladores, arquitectos y miembros del equipo de QA para asegurar la calidad del software.
- Participar en la revisión de código y en la implementación de buenas prácticas de codificación.
- Mantenerse al día con las últimas tendencias y tecnologías en el campo de desarrollo de software, y aplicarlas en el trabajo diario.
- Proporcionar orientación y apoyo técnico a otros desarrolladores del equipo.
- Colaborar con otros equipos de desarrollo y stakeholders para asegurar la integración adecuada del software.

**Requisitos**:

- Amplia experiência en el desarrollo de software utilizando tecnologías de Microsoft.NET, incluyendo C#,.NET Framework, ASP.NET, WCF, y SQL Server.
- Habilidad para liderar proyectos y tomar decisiones técnicas importantes.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con otros desarrolladores, arquitectos y miembros del equipo de QA.
- Habilidad para resolver problemas de software complejos y encontrar soluciones escalables y efectivas.
- Habilidad para mantenerse actualizado con las últimas tendencias y tecnologías en el campo de desarrollo de software.
- Habilidad para comunicarse efectivamente con stakeholders y otros equipos de desarrollo.
- Compromiso con la calidad del software y la implementación de buenas prácticas de codificación.
