**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Execute the business analytics agenda in conjunction with analytics team leaders
- Work with best-in-class external partners who leverage analytics tools and processes
- Use models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
- Execute the business analytics agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

- Using data analysis to make recommendations to analytic leaders
- Understanding in best-in-class analytics practices
- Knowledge of Indicators (KPI's) and scorecards
- Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Excel, Alteryx, R, Python, etc. is a plus

**What you need to know about this position**:
This person must be capable of understanding business problems that are presented in the strategy, from the perspective of markets, categories, competition, consumption, and purchase dynamics, based on internal data sources, and to translate that information into insights that can be applied to the business.

**Education / Certifications**:

- Degree in careers such as Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
- Post graduate degree in related areas (Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Digital Analytics, etc) (preferred)

**Job specific requirements**:

- Ability to solve business problems using Analytics in a structured manner
- Extract strategic business insights from data and efficiently communicate them to stakeholders
- Knowledge of Nielsen Answers and Market performance data.
- Knowledge of most widely-used Analytics tools and technologies (PYTHON, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau), time series forecasting, marketing and retail a analytics, etc.
- Knowledge of probability and statistics, machine learning, advanced analytics, business intelligence.
- Foundational Financial Knowledge
- Advanced English required.
- Experience in consumer goods companies (desirable)
- Knowledge of retail, pricing, market, consumer and shopper data ingestion, transformation and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relations
- Negotiation Skills, capable of persuasion and influence.
