**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations..
- Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management and employee engagement surveys.
- Assist with benefits administration and enrollment processes.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years of experience in HR.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- English B2.
