**What You'll Do**
- Conducting routine audits and analysis of the quality of the services provided.
- Interpreting and analyzing data obtained from auditing to determine if the service meets established quality standards.
- Documenting audit results and maintaining accurate and detailed records of all auditing activities.
- Investigating and troubleshooting any issues that arise during auditing, including identifying the root cause of any problems and proposing corrective actions.
- Communicating audit results and findings to relevant interested parties, including operations agents, quality assurance personnel, and management.
- Participating in the development and validation of auditing methods and procedures to ensure that they are accurate and reliable.
**What You'll Bring To The Team**
- English B2 - C1 Level
- 3 years + of experience in quality assurance and quality control
- Prior experience in customer service and BPO industries
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, proactive
- **Plus; experience as a trainer and developing training processes**
