We are hiring the best talent for **ITC Assistant** to be located in **Bogota (Relocation Not Applicable / Applicable)**.

**Purpose**

The Open position is an Assistant collection analyst on the I2C collections team Mexico, who will oversee a key portfolio of customer cross sector.

Between the multiple task and assignments are: Portfolio analysis, Bad debt risk analysis, it needs to have the experience to reconcile with Top and complex customers on the portfolio assigned as well to maintain and keep in control the DSO and past due, have the experience and skills to leverage meetings with internal and external customer, effective communication, soft skills, KPI knowledge in collections (DSO, Forecast Accuracy, bad debt and past due), to manage disputes, MSO, ERP (SAP/ORACLE)

- Control and performance of medical/Vision Care portfolio assigned
- Effective Communications
- Analysis of portfolio outstanding’s
- Collection’s skills
- Creation and manage of disputes
- Account reconciles and submission of dispute with customer
- Knowledge of WEB portals to upload documents
- Month, Quarter, Mid-Year and Annual AR closing

**Qualifications** Qualifications and Requirements***
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- 2 years of Credit & Collections experience (required)
- Excel intermediate (required)
- Intermediate English level (required)
- ERP management
- Customer Web portal know-how (Upload / download data, doc/information).
