We are looking for an Agile Facilitator to work full time remote working model with the following qualifications.

**Location: Remote (Colombia)**

**Objective**: To adopt and optimize Agile and Scrum practices across the company, ensure coordination between teams and lead the Agile transformation process.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Coordinating the transition process of the teams to Jira and realizing Project setups.

Organizing trainings for teams on Scrum and Agile principles and company standards.

Conducting Scrum rituals such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.

Provide ongoing support to help teams overcome obstacles and improve workflows.

Foster effective communication and collaboration between different teams.

Ensure that projects progress in a timely and efficient manner.

Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of Agile practices across management and teams.

**Required Competencies**:
Technical knowledge and experience with Jira and Agile tools.

In-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Experience in training and mentoring.

Experience in organizational change management.

Experience working in both operational and IT teams.

Fluent in English and at least a bachelor's degree.

Opening hours US Center between 8:00 am and 16:00 pm

**Salary**: 1000 USD (Depending on the experience)

Pay: 3.830.000 Colombian Pesos per month
