The Compliance Analyst will contribute to the Compliance Program of the Organization, through the performance of Compliance Reviews (Monitoring and Testing) across the business lines and practices of the company. Compliance Analyst will be responsible for performing the monitoring and testing included in the Compliance Reviews schedule, as well as completing the steps to ensure accurate and complete tracking, reporting and validation of resolution of issues identified.

Compliance Reviews are designed and intended to evaluate whether the business practices comply with the laws, rules and regulations applicable to the Money Transmitters Operators and that the controls designed to mitigate the related risks are effective.

**Duties and Responsabilities**:

- Performing Compliance Reviews scheduled in a comprehensive and timely manner consistent with the Compliance Program procedures.
- Execute investigations based on client on boarding and transaction monitoring referrals.
- Conduct transaction and agent real monitoring to asses conformity with internal codes of conduct, policies and internal procedures with legal obligations and best practices.
- Maintain statistics, identify patterns and contribute to management reports for appropriate escalation of significant issues and accomplishments.
- Working with the Compliance & Operational Risk Control organization colleagues to communicate results and potential issues identified, and development of Compliance guidance or practices that further mitigate any observed risks.
- Serve as support in the preparation of reports as required by U.S regulators.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management and problem solving skills.
- Monitor referrals from government sources.
- Prepare cases files for review.
- Ability to handle all situations, complaints and questions in regards to compliance paperwork.
- Keeps abreast of legal and regulatory matters affecting compliance examination program.
- Maintains documentation and work papers for examinations and reviews conducted.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate or college degree. A combination of advanced learning on-the-job, work experience and required certifications will suffice in lieu of a college degree.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Strong process adherence orientation.
- Must have experience investigating customer transactions.
- Experience reviewing customer information.
- Strong writing, communication and documentation skills. Narratives and flow charts experience.
- Division to resolve issues.
- Friendly, outgoing personality.
- Strong analytical, written communication, interpersonal, listening, interviewing, organizational, consulting, and presentation skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Regular evening could be required as business needs. Part-time work on Saturdays is required
