Appointment Setter

**Schedule**:Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm California time; Monday - Friday 5pm to 10pm California time; Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday 9am to 5pm California time.

RPM is looking for a skilled Appointment Setter to serve our client companies in the dental industry. We are interested in motivated individuals who would like to leverage their skills to earn above average income.

Your objective is to contact leads and set appointments so a sales rep who can complete the sale. You will be speaking with consumers who are exploring their dental needs and will need to follow up with them to ensure leads are not neglected.

Key performance indicators include response time, number of leads contacted, number of appointments set, and number of customers who attend their appointment.

**Responsibilities**:

- You must be comfortable talking on the phone and have high call output
- Accurately recording notes in the CRM of each customer interaction
- You are the voice of the company and providing customers with a helpful and pleasant experience is your top priority
- Working independently and working in a team are equally important

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of upper-intermediate English skills, both written and verbal, C1 with CEFR / EFSET certification
- Capacity and willingness to overcome objections
- Ability to work in a demanding environment
- Can follow a process and meet targets

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Advance English skills, C2 with CEFR / EFSET certification
- Previous sales or pre-sales experience
- Experience with CRM and related sales tools

Pay: $3,000,000 - $5,500,000 per month
