Here’s an overview of your future role:_**
- Employment Type: Indefinite term type contract- Shift: Monday to Friday | 10:00 am to 6:00 pm or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.- Work Setup: Remote/Work from Home

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Execute end-to-end US loan processing with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
- Preferably possess experience in a similar role at a mortgage lending institution.
- Possess a "must-have skill" for attention to detail.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and numeracy skills, as required by the company EMAPTA.
- Exhibit exceptional phone manners and both verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Utilize experience with Mercury, ApplyOnline, and Broker engine or similar CRM system.
- Showcase high computer literacy in Excel, Word, and web-based processing systems.

Additional Information:

- Manage approximately 30-40 loans simultaneously.
- Ability to present KPIs to clients is a significant plus.

**What awaits you in this role?**
- Collate all applicant documentation to ensure adherence to established time frames.
- Gather any other supporting documents for loans.
- Prepare serviceability calculators for clients by interpreting financial data.
- Request pricing discounts and negotiate strong discounts by providing offers from competing banks.
- Prepare loan lodgements.
- Run files through a compliance checklist.
- Collect information from lenders for existing clients and prepare a database.
- Verify potentially fraudulent items, such as conflicting addresses, and flag them back to the broker.
- Research lender offerings and prepare product comparison grids.
- Manage and assist existing clients with their requests (e.g., repricing, refixing their loans, loan variations, etc.).
- Chase lenders for status updates, keeping the broker and applicant informed every step of the way.
- Chase for valuation status updates.
- Handle administration and field calls from applicants.
- Prepare post-settlement activities.
- Handle any rework.
- Key all information into broker CRM, keeping records up to date.
- Attach scanned files to CRM records.
- Assist with lead generation, marketing, sales, and operational tasks.
