Job Description:

- Purpose:

- To manage and execute the Performance management agenda through development of a robust annual plan, reinforced by a monthly rhythm of processes and analysis to deliver timely information and insight to enable the organisation to make high quality decisions which drive peer group leading performance
- Accountabilities:
- Deliver the BPM operating model and capabilities for globally standard planning and reporting systems, data, processes, operating model, and capabilities that support the delivery of our strategic and operational performance objectives.-
- Build and maintain value driving relationships across the organisation that support business performance and integrate reporting across all business functions.-
- Develop an efficient and effective planning process for the organisation, ensuring all internal and external factors are considered in developing a robust plan in service of our strategic ambition that effectively allocates our global resources. Implement globally standard reporting that provides all members of the organisation with the financial and non-financial information they need, when they need it-
- Drive, manage and co-ordinate the standard end to end monthly BPM processes and analysis.-
- Work with business partners and stakeholders to deliver the planning and forecasting processes in line with standards and timelines.-
- Collaborate with business partners to understand and challenge components of performance and forecasts.-
- Quantify opportunities and risks and help develop contingency plans. Hold the business partners to account for the delivery of their financial and non-financial commitments.-
- Use analytics to go beyond the numbers, using a variety of data sets to drive insights that focus on all opportunities and risks to the delivery of our plans and provoke actions to drive performance improvements.-
- Lead delivery of the key financial outcomes for the Business Unit through leadership of the monthly BPM cycle.-
- Focus the Business Unit Leadership team on the interventions that need to be made to keep performance on track and ensure that the process supporting the BPM cycle is robust and delivers the right information each month in a timely and fit for purpose manner.-
- Support the Europe Performance Director in the preparation and run of the monthly Europe BPM meeting.-
- Continually drive for best practice and develop a culture for innovation and continuous improvement in service of continued efficiency and effectiveness. Proactively identify insights that focus on all opportunities and risks to the delivery of our plans and provoke actions to drive performance improvements. Lead the cluster BPM professionals (1-3 people) to have consistent performance conversations and focus on issues which are relevant from a business unit and Europe perspective.-
- Keep Process Documentation actualized and accurate.- Key capabilities:

- Inspire the team sighting the big picture and establish team’s work with that- Education/Work Experience
- Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Business/Engineering
- Required
At least 5 years working experience within Management Reporting, Financial or Business Controlling, FP&A area at a multinational environment or SSC

Proven ability to impact and influence, at a senior stakeholder level, virtually across markets with solid networking, influencing & communication skills.

Fluent English knowledge
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Hard working personality, flexibility, inquisitiveness, proactivity
Experience with SAP FI /CO modules, BW or Microstrategy is a plus
- Functional Skills- Superior analytical and planning skills.-
