What to expect in this roleCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.-
- Develop architectural designs, technical specifications, and system integration plans.-
- Lead and mentor development teams in implementing architectural best practices and coding standards.- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to architectural principles.-
Qualifications and Tech Proficiency- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.- Proven experience of 7+ years working as an Applications Architect or a similar role.- In-depth knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.-
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, such as Flutter &.NET- Proficiency in streaming data and technologies like Kafka- Proficiency in databases, experience in Oracle Traditional DB preferred- Strong understanding of on-premise computing platforms (e.g. OpenStack) and microservices architecture.- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications- Financial Services experience, specifically in Point of Sale-
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR, HIPAA).- Familiarity with modern software development methodologies like CI/CD and automated testing.
