Role responsibilities:

- Event organisation and management at Virtual and In-person events
- Supply of event materials including collateral
- Creation and renewal of training guides and processes
- Staffing and training for On The Day (OTD) delivery including casual staff and event helpers
- Event equipment management
- Set up and management of events on QS internal Outreach system
- Internal communications
- On-site event management and delivery of successful events
- Post event feedback and evaluation - lessons learned
- TOIL management and reporting

Event Management - OTD
- Travel to In-person events when required up to a maximum of 2 weeks on the road at a time.
- Lead and Identify gaps in current processes, systems or event technology and consistently

work on improvements and innovation with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in managing and monitoring event inventory management and event capacities
- Assist with reviewing and evaluating post event evaluation for each region, identify and follow

up on key action points with relevant stakeholders.

General
- Facilitating event preparation, performing administrative tasks related to event planning.
- Other assigned duties as required to support QS Events and Operations

Key skills and experience:
Essential
- Evidence of providing an outstanding service to clients
- Process oriented and an ability to work within systems
- Managing complex logistics and operations for at scale events/activities
- Keen eye for design and attention to detail
- Well presented, exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to work across multiple events concurrently
- Experience of delivering events across multiple different timezones, countries and cultures
- Fluent in English

Desirable
- Knowledge of CRM systems, Netsuite preferably
- Proficiency in additional foreign languages

Technical skills and qualifications
- Meticulous administration skills
- IT proficiency particularly around event management platforms and MS Office (particularly excel)
- Project management skill
